With character in abundance, the par 70 course requires accuracy but doesn't demand long hitting to score well. Each hole has it's own attraction and the diverse and challenging course attracts players from all over the world.

The course has an absence of bunkers but uses natural features to challenge golfers. Schist outcrops and smaller, undulating greens challenge golfers on every hole. Historic stone cottage ruins nestle amongst towering trees, a legacy of Arrowtown's pioneers.

Arrowtown is a unique representation of the true Central Otago style of golf course. A wee gem.
